Definitivamente, Cheney está gagá. O se duerme en las entrevistas. O las dos cosas. Le preguntaban por Venezuela:
My own personal view is that he [Chávez] does not represent the future of Latin America. And the people of Peru, I think, deserve better in their leadership. But that’s obviously a matter they’ve got to resolve for themselves.
Es raro que se equivoque en esto. Todos los países que tienen petróleo cuentan con un capítulo en el cuaderno negro de Cheney.
