¿Salvados?
Se las prometía muy felices el Newsday esta mañana. Al concluir la jornada bursátil, Wall Street volvía a hundirse en la miseria. 440 puntos de pérdida en el Dow Jones, un 4,06%. Una caída muy similar a la del 'martes negro'.
En los tres primeros párrafos de la crónica del NYT publicada hace unos minutos los términos negativos no dan descanso al lector.

Frente a tanta debacle, la palabrería de los candidatos resulta casi cómica.
"I'll reform Wall St. and fix Washington -- I've taken on tougher guys than this before", dice McCain en su anuncio. Todo a la vez.
